Patient Service Specialist
Renue Physical Therapy is seeking a candidate for the role of a Patient Service Specialist in Frankenmuth and Bridgeport. The ideal candidate will fit in to our close-knit office (split between the two clinics) of hardworking, enthusiastic employees who are committed to serving our patients with exceptional customer service and hospitality at all times.
** Open to part-time
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic medical and insurance terminology is essential.
- General knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, email, internet and electronic medical records software
Job Duties:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Assists patients, medical offices, corporate office and other business associates by phone, in person, and or electronically
- Assist patients in completing insurance and privacy forms
- Collect copays, coinsurances and deductibles
