Role Overview
We’re looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our buyers and sellers. You’ll play a key role in expanding our network, ensuring seamless transactions, and driving revenue growth—especially in the pallet or recycling industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers in the pallet and industrial packaging sector.
- Identify and onboard new vendors, ensuring they maximize their sales potential on our platform.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to create value for both buyers and sellers.
- Collaborate with the freight team to coordinate shipments and provide real-time logistics support.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to optimize product offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or logistics (preferably in the pallet or packaging industry).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working with online marketplaces or supply chain management is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
