Responsibilities:
- Enter data into databases and systems accurately and efficiently
- Type, transcribe, and computerize documents, & posting payments as needed
- File and organize physical and electronic documents
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support the data entry process
- Assist with data collection and analysis as required
Skills:
- Proficiency in data entry and database management
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Familiarity with pivot tables and other data analysis tools
- Ability to transcribe information from various sources into digital formats
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
