Key Responsibilities :
- Defend clients in civil litigation cases involving Second Amendment rights and firearms law.
- Conduct legal research on constitutional law and firearm regulations to support case strategies.
- Draft motions, briefs, and legal documents specific to 2A cases.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Advise clients on legal risks, strategies, and compliance regarding firearm laws.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and perform legal analysis.
- Monitor developments in Second Amendment legal precedents and rulings to ensure up-to-date advice and representation.
Requirements :
Salary : Commission Based (temporary salary to get an attorney started is DOE)
