Job Description / Responsibilities
Oversee the administration of Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Utilize Windows PowerShell to automate tasks and streamline processes within the client systems
Implement and manage VDI
Windows Virtual Desktop solutions to support remote access and collaboration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate into various applications and projects.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows systems, VDI’s and related technologies.
Develop and maintain documentation for the systems, processes, and procedures.
Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the systems.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in technologies and industry best practices.
Train and mentor junior team members on related technologies.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all system management activities.
Contribute to the development of new solutions and enhancements to existing systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
