SUMMARY

Provide sales and marketing support to clients as directed by the supervisor. Execute responsibilities as it relates to order fulfillment, phone line handling, client inventory and operator and sales data responsibilities. Ensure client and RESCO goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed parameters performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Duties may change as needed:

  • Provide accurate, timely, friendly, professional customer service in effective written and verbal communication for internal and external responses and communication.
  • Acquire all necessary details and accurately process, create and route orders internally for estimates, shipping, following up to ensure delivery by specified dates or handle special requests as needed.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients, inquiry types of phone, email, web or mail and orders from various sources such as RESCO’s online system, ecommerce sites or other client sources.
  • Collect information and complete client phone forms/log for assessment and handling of client customer’s product questions, complaints or order changes needed.
  • Compile recap presentations, request data and reports and review details to monitor inventory or order history, track inventory issues, retrieval of trends, and other activity as directed by supervisor.
  • Understand and effectively handle client requests and client specific systems as directed by supervisor.
  • Understand client ordering portals and coordinate changes as directed by supervisor.
  • Efficiently use RESCO-specific systems to collect data and details for ongoing handling and maintenance of client order and inventory activity including tracking, status and return handling.
  • Accurately record time spent on client and RESCO activities in company system. Record specific details to jobs, select correct activity codes and utilize the notes field to detail activities.
  • Assist in other departments as needed, help revise processes or reach out to teammates to give our clients the best service possible. Be a team player.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Degree in related field preferred, High school diploma or GED; two years or more of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to read and write reports, business correspondence and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various groups of people.
  • Basic mathematical skills including the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, etc.
  • Intermediate level experience with Access, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Outlook, HTML and Social Networking.
  • Ability to identify and resolve potential problems. Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Prior order and inventory experience is preferred.
  • Passion for food a plus.

  • Regularly required to sit; use their hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
  • Occasionally required to stand and walk; lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour
