Qualifications for Position :Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
Certification and Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) required; CPR
Experience: 5 years nursing experience with at least one year in nursing supervision
1 year of experience with the management of addictions in a licensed substance use
disorders treatment facility
Skills and Abilities: Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills; Knowledge of principles and practices of nursing; strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
Machine, Tools and Equipment: General Computer Knowledge: Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook).
Job Specific Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative oversight of the facility’s nursing services, and where appropriate, directly supervising the facility’s nursing staff;
- Assist the administrator of the facility in developing and maintaining written job description, objectives, policies and procedures related to nursing services, developing an organization plan, and developing a quality assurance program for nursing services and reviewing all nursing policies and procedures minimally, on an annual basis;
- In conjunction with the administrator plan and budget for nursing services;
- Ensure the coordination and integration of nursing services with other client care services to ensure continuity of care for each client;
- Ensure the facility complies with required nursing staffing patterns;
- Participate in staff orientation and staff and client education activities
- Assist in the development of written job descriptions for nursing staff and assigning duties of the nursing staff.
- Participating in the development of client treatment plans;
- Providing face-to-face health care monitoring for the facility's clients;
- Participate in team conferences with the multidisciplinary team and the client care committee
- Document all nursing services in the nursing portion of the client care plan and shall comport with the facility's policies and procedures governing client documentation a
- Other related duties

Salary : $75,800 - $96,000
