What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consultant position at Reseco Advisors?
Reseco Group Holdings is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Consultant to join our team. As a Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients identify, assess, and build a culture centered around the safety of their people.
In this role, you will work closely with prospects and clients to understand their specific needs and develop customized solutions to mitigate potential risks.
You will provide strategic guidance and consulting services related to safety culture and people development and engagement.
To excel in this position, you should have a deep understanding of the B2B universe and how to find and navigate an effective discovery.
You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as you will be interacting with clients at the highest levels of any organization.
You will be paid a base comp plus a commission on the doors you open. Based on our targets your income should be north of $200k a year.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, there are a few things that would help you get going quickly out of the gate :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully navigating the Construction and Manufacturing verticals
- Strong knowledge of how to carry a fruitful conversation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with those within your circle of influence
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- An existing network full of C-Level contacts. Construction and Manufacturing space is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
