What You’ll Be Working On
- Learning Adult Learning Methodology and the ADDIE model.
- Assisting with needs assessments, design, development, and evaluation activities.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and reporting.
- Using AI and automation tools for training content and processes.
- Supporting LMS and SharePoint administration tasks.
- Assisting with data reporting using Power BI.
- Helping with project coordination and communication tasks.
- Hands‑on experience across multiple areas of Learning & Development.
- Exposure to real instructional design and eLearning tools.
- Opportunities to build data, tech, and project management skills.
- Involvement in programs that directly impact employee growth and engagement.
- A chance to explore different L&D specialties to shape your career interests.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Psychology, Business or other related.
- Curiosity about training, learning design, and adult learning.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
- Attention to detail and interest in data or analytics.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with fresh ideas.
