Chief Financial Officer
Location: Austin TX (In-Person Role)
Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000 Full Benefits

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. The CFO will oversee all financial activities of ResiBrands, ensuring the financial health and strategic growth of the organization. This individual will provide leadership in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, capital allocation, and strategic analysis to support our operations.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Provide strategic financial leadership to support the company’s growth objectives and operational initiatives.
- Lead all financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Oversee all accounting functions.
- Partner with the executive team to evaluate growth opportunities, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
- Optimize capital structure, manage banking relationships, and ensure adequate funding for operations and expansion.
- Implement strong internal controls and financial systems to support scalable growth.
- Present financial results and recommendations to the board of directors and executive team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high-performing department.
What You’ll Bring With You:
- Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a multi-unit or franchise organization (preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of finance experience with at least 3 years as CFO.
- Strong knowledge of franchise operations, unit economics, royalty structures, and franchise financial models.
- Demonstrated experience in capital planning, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
