Housekeeping Inspector

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, making it essential for the success of our housekeeping operations.

Duties

• Ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and disinfecting to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is beneficial.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
