Key Responsibilities
Vendor & Cost Negotiations
- Negotiate parking lot leases, facility agreements, and storage solutions to minimize costs while maintaining strategic locations.
- Work with charging infrastructure providers, city and community municipalities, maintenance vendors, and detailing services to secure the best service contracts and pricing.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable service and cost efficiency.
- Analyze vendor contracts and renegotiate terms based on business needs and market trends.
- Work closely with the operations team to identify and implement efficiencies in fleet management, vehicle turnaround times, and logistics.
- Optimize inventory management, vehicle availability, and maintenance scheduling for improved utilization and cost savings.
- Streamline rental processes, customer handoffs, and other logistics to enhance operational flow.
- Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to develop cost-saving initiatives and strategic operational improvements.
- Evaluate new locations, parking facilities, and expansion opportunities based on cost-effectiveness and operational feasibility.
- Research market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for process efficiencies and improved cost structures.
- Work with internal teams to develop pricing models, operational workflows, and service strategies that align with the company's growth plans.
- 2 years of experience in vendor negotiations, procurement, operations management, or business development in automotive, fleet management, real estate leasing, or logistics.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with experience in cost reduction strategies.
- Proven ability to analyze operational processes and identify efficiencies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing vendor relationships, pricing structures, and service agreements.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate cost structures, operational performance, and strategic investments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams.
- Proficiency in contract analysis, vendor management tools, and financial reporting systems.
