POSITION TYPE

Full-Time

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Post, verify, and allocate all financial transactions in Chase Expense and QuickBooks
  • Reconcile entries and maintain balanced subsidiary accounts
  • Maintain and manage the chart of accounts
  • Ensure all ledgers remain accurate and balanced
  • Prepare and deliver requested financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Monitor budget projections and report on variances
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Assist with financial planning activities
  • Process incoming customer payments
  • Import bills and invoices into QuickBooks
  • Create and maintain an exceptional experience for all Resnick Garage Doors (RGD) vendors through professional phone, email, and written communication related to A/P
  • Cross-reference established vendor pricing against invoiced pricing
  • Assist with job costing and commission calculations in coordination with the CEO, as needed

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA designation is a plus
  • Prior bookkeeping experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles required
  • Highly self-disciplined with the ability to create and maintain a structured daily schedule
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (GSuite), and Chase
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
