If you can answer yes to the questions above you are the type of person we are searching for to become Resolute Martial Arts' next After School Program Director.
During the school year the position requires the management of teenage assistants as well as 30 grade school children.
During select weeks during the summer, the position consists of managing up to 60 children as well as multiple assistants.
Duties:
Management of Children & teenage staff.
Preparing and maintaining appropriate records for students. Working knowledge of computer based software such as Apple Pages and Numbers.
Interact with parents regarding students victories and challenges.
Develop and supervise games, activities and projects for groups.
Ensure children are dressed out and in karate class at the proper time.
Ride and monitor the After School bus (driven by a transportation company) and manage the daily manifest of students.
Cleaning duties daily include: vacuuming, sanitizing, bathrooms and overall tidiness.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid Driver’s License with good driving record and consistent access to motor vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage.
Martial arts experience a plus but not at all necessary.
Job Type:
12-6pm Monday-Friday, with extra hours available during select Summer Camp weeks.
Pay $15 or more per hour negotiable with experience and verified credentials.
More hours/pay available for someone with strong administrative skills.
