BANQUET MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall supervision of banquet operations.
• Responsible for selection, training and activity of banquet staff..
• Meets banquet planners to develop specifications for each event.
• Ensures that scheduled events are successfully administered.
• Maintains par stock inventory of banquet equipment.
• Prepares periodic revenue forecasts and budgets.
• Promotes positive public relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of appropriate experience.
• College degree, may substitute additional experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong planning and organizational skill.
• PC knowledge, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Delphi System knowledge
