Job Responsibilities:
- Soldering components: Solder components and wires onto circuit boards and other electronic components
- Inspecting products: Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair soldering issues
- Maintaining a clean work area: Keep the work area clean and organized
Other responsibilities of a soldering job may include:
- Performing different types of soldering, such as surface mount, thru-hole, and hand-soldering
- Consulting production schedules to prepare equipment and work areas
- Gathering components to meet production schedules
- Setting up equipment
- Using tools such as side cutters, pliers, and crimp tools
- Repairing circuit boards
Job Requirements
- Minimum 12 months relevant Soldering Microscope experience
- Able to use basic hand and power tools
- Basic math
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to identify problems
- Able to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
Salary : $20 - $22
