The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this senior-level role, you will play a pivotal role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making for our clients’ CRM and loyalty programs. You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in data analysis and marketing to provide actionable insights that optimize program performance and elevate customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex data analysis plans, utilizing advanced statistical techniques and tools like SQL, Python, and R.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and reporting dashboards for various CRM and loyalty program KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, retention metrics, ROI).
- Create audience segments for use in A/B testing, marketing campaigns, and reporting
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for improvement and growth within client programs.
- Translate complex data into clear and concise insights, tailored for communication to diverse stakeholders (clients, internal teams).
- Create data visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
- Collaborate with client teams and internal departments to define strategic direction based on data-driven recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics, CRM, and loyalty marketing.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new data-driven solutions and practices within the agency.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within a marketing or CRM context.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, including SQL, Python, or R proficiency.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics concepts and metrics, particularly related to CRM and loyalty programs.
- Experience with data visualization in platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve data-related challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
