Perform Construction Functions Such As
Placing all orders for remodels.
Assist in preparation and updating of weekly reports for signage, kitchen and seating.
Assist in coordinating shipment and delivery of remodel equipment.
Create purchase and work orders for remodels.
Responsible for tracking status of orders related to projects.
Assist with coordinating installation of soda equipment, ICEEE, signage, etc.
Responsible for follow up with vendors on project related items.
Follow up with Seven on building and site plans – ensure all plans are sent to vendors and
input all information on daily/weekly reports.
Responsible for notifying all vendors of new restaurant when acquired.
Responsible for sending any updated or revised documents to contractor for projects.
Provide support to Project Manager and Construction Managers as requested.
Participation in weekly conference calls.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree Is Preferred Or Equivalent Experience.
2 years’ experience in the construction industry required.
2 years’ project coordinator experience required
