Membership
- Maintains and updates membership records through association management software (YourMembership) including event attendance, contact information and association participation including committees and member groups. This also includes tracking membership changes / updates and maintaining an up-to-date RFMA membership database.
- Administrator to online member community (SocialLink) housed on .
- Coordinates and mails member communications including (membership notices, letters, Heart of the House cards, etc.)
- Assists with member retention campaigns and new member orientation logistics.
- Manages monthly member birthday card list with external partner for birthday card mailing.
- Assists with creating and printing event signage, nametags and other event needs for year-round member events.
