Janitorial Maintenance Associate
We are a light manufacturing, warehousing company located in Lebanon, Ohio looking to fill a Janitorial Maintenance position. This is a part time dayshift position Monday thru Friday 12:30pm through 5:00pm. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position, knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems, take pride in their work ethic and is not above the tasks required of them.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain cleanliness of building and premises, dusting, mopping, sweeping, & disposing of trash.
· Report maintenance concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
· Maintain proper sanitary and safety practices.
· Run required errands and deliveries when needed.
· Ability to interact cordially and professionally at all times and with all levels of employees.
· Maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
· Any other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma / GED.
· Reliability and exceptional attendance.
· Valid Driver’s License.
· Proactive, friendly, helpful, and the desire to be part of a team.
