As Admission Supervisor , you will be functioning as Head Cashier and be responsible for effectively executing and supervising the Admission Procedure and Customer Service aspect of the park - in line with our Mission Statement,
Safe, Secure, Clean and Fun environment for All Ages
Key responsibilities :
Admission Procedure : Executing and supervising the Brand’s Admission procedure from customer registration through transactional accuracy to gate security.Transactional : Client registration etcProduct : Up to date knowledge on new Products, Prices, Packages and OffersSales Performance : delivery of Daily and Weekly sales goalsGate Security : enforcement of Brand Standard Entry and Exit gate proceduresCash Handling : Banking, Shift change, Cashing up, End of Day procedureCustomer Service : Monitoring front desk interactions and ensuring that guests experience professional and high standard customer service in all situations.Operational Compliance : Ensuring that all actions and decisions are in compliance with Billy Beez’s Standard Operating Procedure, Employee Handbook and Mission Statement.Guest Experience : Delivering consistent and brand standard customer experience through correct execution of the Brand’s cleanliness, security, and safety related programs, procedures and policies.Team Leadership : Evaluates team members’ knowledge, educates them on work related policies and proceduresDirect Reports : Direct department responsibilities over the Cashiers and Gate Attendants.Job Requirements :
Experience in key holder or supervisory positionExperience in staff training and team leadershipExperience in cash handling and front deskExperience in operational compliance managementExperience in customer service managementMust be 18 years of age or olderAvailability Requirements :
Must have open availabilityMust be able to work during weekends and holidaysShifts are assigned as per business needJob Type : Full-time
