What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Retirement Housing Foundation?
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas throughout the day.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and carpentry required.
- Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
- Perform routine work orders, as well as preventative maintenance and emergency maintenance.
- Make ready vacant units; must be able to perform a variety of repairs, including painting, drywall repair, plumbing, and other repairs involved in an apartment turnover.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Must be available for occasional after-hour calls
This is a Part-time position, 30 hours/week, plus benefits.
