Retreat Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly-skilled Property Operations Manager to join the corporate team. As the Property Operations Manager, you will work as the main liaison between Retreat Hotels & Resorts and the General Managers and management teams at our current and upcoming hotels. You will oversee hotel's daily operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for helping each property follow its individual franchise brand guidelines. Compensation: $70,000 to $120,000 Depending on experience
Role is remote first but should be within a commutable radius of our property in Perry, GA on the Georgia National Fairgrounds.
$70,000 - $120,000 yearly DOE
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity at each hotel.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities for the overall company.
- Lead and motivate a team of managers to ensure operational excellence and high levels of customer service.
- Collaborate with both the corporate and on-property teams to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional communication while increasing unity.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation to meet financial objectives and company goals.
- Implementation of brand initiatives.
- Travel 1-2x per month to spend time on-site at each property.
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Proficiency in budget planning and financial management
- Communicates clearly, concisely, and with empathy
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 20 years experience in hotel operations or hospitality management if applying for part-time
- 3-5 years experience in hotel operations or hospitality management if applying for full-time
- GM experience required
