Retro Fitness of Freehold, New Jersey is looking for highly motivated and skilled personal trainers for a full time position. Certification is preferred but not required. Applicant is required to have a minimum of 1-2 years in fitness training experience. Applicant must be CPR/AED certified. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting fitness assessments and orientations with new and current members
- Showing the value of personal training and selling training packages
- Providing exceptional customer service, including a strong presence on the fitness floor, making follow up phone calls to members, and scheduling appointments
- CPR/AED required
- Additional responsibilities may be added dependent on the demand in the facility
