This position is supervised by the positions below and in order of:
- General Manager
- Assistant Manager
- Greeting and checking in members and guests as they enter the club.
- Effectively resolving member/guest issues.
- Membership tours/sales and retention.
- Following up with prospects.
- Selling in-store merchandise such as Retro Blends Smoothies, Cooler Drinks, Pro Shop items, etc.
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for all members and staff. Cleaning is a must for this position.
- Applicable downtime tasks provided by Management may include upkeep & walk-throughs of the facility.
- Opening and closing the facility if scheduled.
- Following company policies and procedures.
