Title: REVA Operations Specialist
Reports To: On Duty ROC Manager
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (On-Site)
As an Operations Specialist, you are part of the front-line team that coordinates seamless, bedside-to-bedside, air medical transportation services, world-wide. From the initial service request to the final patient movement notification, this position plays a vital role in helping others receive a higher level of medical care daily.
Duties:
- Responds to client inquiries in conjunction with REVA standards and guidelines.
- Initiates outbound telephone sales to new and existing clients
- Develops requested quotes and proposals and follow ups with clients
- Sells missions to satisfy specific assigned sales goals and targets
- Schedules and books missions
- Sets up hospital bed admissions
- Completes mission transport documents for confirmed missions
- Assist Flight Operations in the scheduling of confirmed missions
- Coordinates with ground support
- Submits necessary documents and paperwork to local and foreign governments
- Mission following and providing real time updates to internal and external customers
- Coordinates with various department including the Medical, Aviation, and Revenue Cycle Management
Preferred:
- Prior Inside Sales Experience within the Aviation or Medical Service Delivery Industries
- Prior Aviation Operations and Flight following experience
- College Degree / Relevant Certifications
- Bi-Lingual
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work a flexible, rotating schedule including nights and weekends
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong multi-tasking capability
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite, Avianis, Call Tracking Metric (or similar platforms)
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a high-stress environment while remaining calm composure
- Must be able to work a flexible, rotating schedule including nights and weekends
