What you'll be doing:

- Ensuring we are delivering on the Revel brand through regular inspections of the community and marketing materials for brand consistency. Building partnerships with Sales team and local community to create memorable events and marketing that support the Revel brand. OWN IT|DON’T SETTLE|BE BRAVE
- Leading resident wellness culture in the community by partnering with various vendors and internal partners to create vibrant health and wellness initiatives. DON’T SETTLE|BE YOU|BE GRATEFUL
- Leading and managing concierge and lifestyle team including overseeing, scheduling, coaching and development. Consistently encouraging teamwork and collaboration through open communication. BE KIND|BE BRAVE|DON’T SETTLE|OWN IT
- Creating, building, and managing “best-in-class” activities and programs that our residents will be lining up to participate in! You’ll organize the calendar and communication plans. You’ll book outside talent (performers, speakers, etc.). OWN IT|DON’T SETTLE|BE YOU
- Attending and participating in planned events, ensuring smooth execution. You’re willing to jump in and do whatever it takes to ensure our residents are living their best lives! OWN IT|DON’T SETTLE|BE BRAVE|BE YOU
- Soliciting feedback and coaching residents to lead programs that excite them. You’ll oversee our Welcome Home” program for new residents as part of this engagement. You’ll champion our resident’s expectations to ensure wild success! BE KIND|DON’T SETTLE| BE YOU|BE GRATEFUL|OWN IT|BE BRAVE
- Managing the department within budgetary guidelines, including oversight of inventory, supplies, and expenses. You’ll spend money wisely to get the best bang for the buck! OWN IT
- Overseeing the transportation program for residents and managing efforts to promote safety. OWN IT|DON’T SETTLE|BE BRAVE|BE YOU
Requirements
Your background:
- 3 years Program/Curriculum development experience within hospitality, education, senior living and/or related industry preferred. You thrive in an environment where you are active and engaging with others.
- 1 year Supervisory/Leadership experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Recreation Therapy, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Health Service/Promotion, Education, Gerontology or Kinesiology preferred.
- Experience interacting with guests/residents, team members and the general public in a courteous and professional manner.
- Proficiency with computers, mobile devices and other office equipment. Comfortable with MS Office Suite of products.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and to remain calm during emergency situations.
- Reasoning skills that include the ability to understand issues and process information for giving and receiving feedback and instructions. Proficiency communicating in English.
- Ability to adjust to varying work settings, including office, community common areas, and outdoor venues. This may include periods of extended time sitting, standing, walking, bending, etc.
- Ability to lift and carry objects of varying shapes and sizes up to 25 pounds to help support the execution of planned events.
