Schedule & Compensation :
Full-time day shift , with occasional evening group coverage.
Flexible hours : 32 or 40 hours per week.
Hourly pay : $22.13 – $30.46 (based on experience).

What We’re Looking For :
Current Ohio licensure as an LSW or LPC.
Licensed by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board (LCDC II, III, or LICDC—higher than CDCA).
Passion for helping individuals overcome substance abuse and rebuild their lives.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide therapeutic counseling using a bio-psychosocial approach.
Educate patients and families about the disease process of chemical dependency.
Lead group discussions and one-on-one sessions while coordinating activities with Mental Health Technicians.
Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
Complete billing charges / sheets daily.
Provide crisis intervention for individuals and families.
Act as a client advocate, mediator, and facilitator to ensure comprehensive care.
