Job Description
The Relationship Manager is responsible for the relationship between the client and RMS. They will work closely with implementations, support, product, and sales teams to maintain a positive client experience, increase revenue opportunities and ensure a positive ROI.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with clients, assuring they are fully leveraging all of RMS’ capabilities, products and services
- Strong calling and follow-up skills with financial professionals
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively build relationships with business professionals
- Ability to learn and understand our product “wins”
- Monitor client service level agreements
- Client Advocate as an escalation point
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in managing large projects with multi-disciplinary teams leveraging exceptional relationship-building skills
- Ability to clearly communicate concepts verbally and in written form
- Basic proficiency in PC software: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Proficiency in internal sales/client support systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Education/Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Occasional travel is required. All applicants are subject to drug screens and background checks per company policies.

Indoor climate-controlled environment. Moderate to quiet noise level
