We specialize in neurologically-based care using advanced techniques like Torque Release and Webster Technique. We serve everyone from newborns to prenatal moms to families to seniors, all seeking true wellness care, not just pain relief.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is NOT a desk job. You'll be everywhere in our practice, constantly moving between the front desk, exam rooms, and patient interactions:

• Welcome and check in patients with warmth and genuine care
• Learn and deliver patient education scripts about care plans, nervous system health, and wellness
• Present financial options and enroll patients in care plans
• Process payments and handle membership billing questions
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Answer phones while simultaneously helping in-office patients (serious multitasking!)
• Support our specialized programs for prenatal, pediatric, and adult care

You'll be learning new things constantly, mastering scripts for different patient types, and becoming a trusted resource for our patients. If you love variety and staying busy, this role is for you!

THE SCHEDULE (37-40 hours/week)

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

No chiropractic experience required! We'll teach you everything. We just need someone who has:

• Strong people skills and a warm, professional presence
• Computer comfort (you'll use our EHR, Google Drive, Canva, etc.)
• Clear communication skills (you'll educate patients and discuss financials)
• Quick learning ability and good memory
• Reliability and accountability
• Physical ability to be on your feet most of the day
• A genuine interest in health and wellness
