The Corporate FP&A team at Revvity is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to join their dynamic and global team! As a finance business partner to Revvity's Global Functions, you will support the Senior Director of FP&A with strategic corporate projects and will work closely with senior executives. This is a highly visible role that gives you the opportunity to work closely with leaders across the company to ensure that financial goals are set, paced, and reported, and strategic initiatives are successfully implemented. This is a hybrid opportunity (Tuesday - Thursday) based at our corporate headquarters in Waltham, MA.
Key Responsibilities :
Finance Business Partner : You will be responsible for the financial rhythms including reporting, forecasting, and annual planning for Finance, HR, Legal, and other corporate functions. You will also be responsible for total company forecasting of incentive compensation, interest expense, and foreign exchange.
Strategic Corporate Projects : You will be responsible for independently driving key initiatives including conducting initial analysis, setting project plans, managing deliverables, and continuous communication and coordination with stakeholders. You will also be expected to provide regular updates to senior executives including the CFO and his staff.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in corporate finance for a multi-national, matrixed organization, OR
Master's degree in Business Management, Accounting or Finance with 5 years' experience in finance OR
Bachelor's degree with 8 years' experience in finance
Preferred Qualifications :
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and accountableteam player with a desire to learn, operate efficiently, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills. Partners and collaborates effectively with multiple global functions. Comfortable presenting to senior management.
Advanced level of experience using Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using Excel macros, Power BI, Alteryx and / or similar data analysis / visualization tools is a plus.
Experience with SAP, Oracle Hyperion, Workday and / or similar systems is a plus.
Experience working in a matrixed, multi-currency, and international company is a plus.
Experiences in Life Science, Diagnostics, or similar industries is a plus.
