Description:
Rexius’ Coburg division is seeking a highly skilled residential construction lead for a full-time, year-round position. A project Lead will manage the construction and installation of exceptional landscapes for our residential customers. We are looking for an individual who will own the success of each project. This will include client meetings, installation of exceptional landscapes, and managing the transition to ongoing maintenance at the project's completion. A project lead will work with project managers, estimators, and sales representatives to complete detailed installations of landscape plans and architectural drawings.
Qualification for higher pay:
- Knowledge and able to construct fences, arbors, pergolas, patio covers, decks, and framing.
- Able to install CMU block, mortar, brick, veneer, caps, segmental walls, pavers, and framing footings/walls.
- Experience installing design/build irrigation systems.
- Equipment knowledge and ability to use skid steers, trenchers, and excavators.
- Plant ID and plant knowledge for plants used in the PNW.
- Outdoor living elements: Fire pits, fireplaces, BBQ’s, water features, and low voltage lighting.
Daily Tasks:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential projects.
- Working with Managers and Admin staff to ensure your projects get the staffing, materials, and equipment needed for projects.
- Reviewing budgets for job specific tasks and tracking project costs to ensure a profitable outcome.
- Reviewing and approving employee timecards and invoices related to specific projects
- Training and overseeing employees working on your projects.
- Hands on installation of landscape elements and designs.
- Working with project managers for scheduling and completing projects in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Valid Oregon driver’s license
- Efficient and organized work habits
- Ability to speak English. Bi-lingual is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail

- Superb customer service skills
- Awareness of the proper care, use, and maintenance of tools
- Punctual and reliable
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
