Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at REYCO Systems, a leading manufacturer of food processing equipment. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. This position involves establishing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions using our range of equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes, contracts, and RFQ/RFI responses to customers with assistance from account managers.
- Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
- Makes order confirmations and is responsible for the administrative processing of quotation to order confirmation.
- Represent Reyco Systems in a professional manner in a variety of situations.
- Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions to meet their specific demands.
- Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to support them in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
- Keep updated records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, technical specifications, and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Stay informed about competitor products and industry developments to effectively position our products in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the food processing equipment or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
