Retail Allocations Analyst

Reyn Spooner's Retail Allocations Analyst is responsible for executing the Allocation Strategy determined by the VP of Retail and Supply Planner, through properly allocating our merchandise and optimizing each store's inventory to maximize sales for Reyn Spooner’s retail stores. This position works on our Planning team in close alignment with and direct reporting to our Supply Planner and works cross functionally with our Retail Store and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data, trends, and store performance to allocate stock efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising and Marketing teams, ensuring the right products are in the right stores at the right time.
  • Assess current and upcoming supply needs for each store and work with the retail and operations teams to recommend future allocations and transfer plans, adjusting allocation strategies based on sales performance.
  • Monitor revisions in accordance with reforecasting based on sales trends.
  • Prepare initial stock orders for store openings.
  • Prepare product launches, calculating the stock needed in each store and communicating any relevant information to key stakeholders.
  • Execute weekly Replenishment process.
  • Investigate the root cause of overstocks and out of stocks to continuously improve our processes.


 Our Must Have’s

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Retail Allocation Analyst is a strong advantage.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, fluent in the use of pivot tables, vlookups, @sumifs.
  • ERP experience, ideally with Full Circle or similar system.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data management tools are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies in order to automate routine tasks.
  • A passion for metrics and benchmarking to measure your impact on our retail team and continuously improve results.
  • Experience working in a retail store environment is highly valuable, as it helps you appreciate the crucial role a Retail Allocation Analyst plays in supporting Sales Associates in our stores.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, Aloha culture.
  • A curious mindset with a drive to understand how and why things operate as they do.
  • A strong passion for fashion is essential, as it’s a challenging industry that requires genuine enthusiasm.
  • A home base in Southern California with the ability to work from our Pasadena Mainland Headquarters at least two days a week.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
