As a Fleet Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be the management of the Reynolds Fleet program. This role encompasses overseeing vehicles, collaborating with drivers and staff, managing costs, and ensuring strict adherence to all regulations. Utilizing Excel for data entry, you will assist in various tasks related to Reynolds vehicles, such as coordinating with drivers and external entities to ensure proper vehicle allocations and accurate reporting. Your key objective is to maintain seamless operations in a secure and compliant manner.

Job Responsibilities:
- Running motor vehicle records
- Assigning driver safety courses
- Assisting company drivers
- Processing invoices and check requests
- Logging accident reports, moving violations, and toll invoices in driver records
- Upkeep on vehicle registrations
- Facilitating buying and selling of company vehicles
- Facilitating maintenance of company vehicles
- Maintaining Reynolds fleet policies
Requirements:
- Must have valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
