Responsibilities:
The Product Demonstration Specialist primary function is to plan, coordinate, and deliver highly professional in-person persuasive presentations in the Innovation Center. The Innovation Center is an impressive state of the art facility with advanced technology and design allowing for presentations in a model dealership. In addition to Innovation Center presentations, the specialist is responsible for remote presentations leveraging our highly professional and technical Engage Studio’s. The specialist will also present our solutions in product video recordings, on site presentations, and special events.
Training:
Topics covered in the classroom training will include sales techniques, negotiations, dealership operations, and in-depth product training. Prior to and following each course, you will complete various assignments to prepare you and ensure understanding of what was learned. You will receive certifications for each product you’ll present as you progress through your training track. Your team will also assist you in understanding everything you need to know about the products you’ll present, the automotive industry, and your direct responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or customer support
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Automotive or Advertising industry experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Highly motivated and confident
