Pay: $27.81/hour
Your Role:
As Team Leader, you will serve the team members to allow them to solve problems.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
- Lead the team in continuous improvement of safety, quality, delivery and team effectiveness by modeling and coaching for good behaviors.
- Process metrics and team behavior observations will be used as guidelines to chart, track and measure team performance.
- Must have decision-making capabilities, good communication skills and the desire to continuously pursue improvement in all areas.
- This position will be required to work overtime.
- Must meet job posting qualifications.
- Must be flexible on shift as they will rotate on the Rapid Improvement Team as the leader for a determined period.
