Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Quality Technician to join our team located at our facility in Richmond, VA (Bellwood location).

Your Role:

As a Quality Technician, you will support the Quality Management system by performing product inspections of raw materials, in-process and finished goods.  You will also audit the facility, perform quality training, and review non-conforming product for disposition to maintain a high level of quality that exceeds our customers’ expectations.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
• Support quality systems by performing internal audits (quality checks, documentation, GMP) and following up on CAPAs
• Use and calibrate testing equipment to test compliance and quality
• Perform regular product inspections on the shop floor
• Coordinate the disposition of nonconforming materials. Use SAP as necessary
• Provide support to lines through product evaluation and troubleshooting system issues

We need you to have:

• High School Diploma
• 2-3 years Quality experience
• Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Ability to lift 30 lbs

Icing on the cake:

• BS degree
• >3 years of Quality and Manufacturing experience
• Working knowledge of inspection methods and manufacturing process
