What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Reynolds Road Animal Hospital?
Reynolds Road Animal Hospital is searching for a Veterinary Receptionist to help us grow our small animal practice!
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling and rotating weekends, Monday-Saturday. Those with prior veterinary, humane society, or other animal-related experience are encouraged to apply, however, we’re also open to training.
Veterinary Receptionists play a very important role at Reynolds Road Animal Hospital. Individuals that are committed to a long-term career in veterinary medicine are highly encouraged to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Providing first class client communication and education
- Booking appointments
- Daily assignments/scheduling
- Checking clients in and out
- Answering client questions and concerns
- Monitoring email and phone correspondence
- Scanning, copying, typing/other general office duties
- Ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is always clean and presentable
- Liaising between clients and technical team
