We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Parts Manager to lead and manage our parts department. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our parts operations state-wide, ensuring seamless delivery of parts and supplies to our service department and customers.

Responsibilities:
Manage inventory levels and ensure that the warehouse is organized and maintained in a clean and efficient manner across three stores
Coordinate the procurement process, sourcing parts and supplies from reliable vendors to meet customer demand.
Conduct regular audits of inventory levels, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action to prevent future issues.
Oversee the shipping and receiving process, ensuring timely delivery of parts and supplies.
Collaborate with the service department to ensure parts are delivered in a timely manner for internal work orders
Develop and implement processes to improve inventory control, supply chain management, and walk-in sales
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the parts management process.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure a reliable supply of parts and supplies.
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager in a dealership or adjacent industry
- e-Commerce experience
- Strong background in inventory control and supply chain management
- Knowledge of heavy construction equipment
- Experience with equipment repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
- Ability to manage a warehouse and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in a related field preferred.
