Reynolds-Warren Equipment Co. is a family-owned heavy equipment distributor in business since 1977. We sell, service and rent asphalt, dirt, and concrete equipment from more than 20 manufacturers including LeeBoy, Crafco, Sakai, Dynapac, Cementech and Mecalac. We are seeking a talented individual to join our growing team in the role of Parts Representative based out of our Lake City (Atlanta area) store.
Job Description:
As a Parts Representative your primary job is to provide excellent customer service filling orders, shipping parts, stocking and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse, and managing inventory.
Job Details. On a daily basis, you will be required to:
- Interact with customer to determine customer parts needs, process orders and communicate status
- Create, fill and ship parts orders
- Create purchase orders
- Receive, manage and put away inventory
- Pack and ship boxes
- Able to operate a forklift or willingness to learn
- Load and unload trucks (using fork lift)
Candidate Qualifications:
- MUST have at least 1 year experience selling parts
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer competency
- Knowledge of heavy equipment a plus
- Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from work
- Able to lift at least 50 LBS
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Complete tasks without direct supervision
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
- Willing to work occasional overtime if needed
