The Lease Records Scanner works assisting the leasing staff to ensure the lease documentation that is entered accurately and kept up to date, while protecting confidentiality and security of tenant personal information. Individuals in this role are expected to follow procedures, meet output and quality expectations, and complete their responsibilities in a safe manner.
Job Responsibilities/Duties
- Prepare documents for scanning by organizing and straightening pages, removing staples and other bindings and sifting through pages.
- Following established guidelines, scans documents with accuracy into Dropbox.
- Follows work processes to ensure optimal output, quality and downstream process integrity.
- Performs duties in a professional manner while exhibiting a courteous and cooperative demeanor with co-workers and management.
- Responsible for meeting output requirements as defined by supervisor.
- Maintains strict confidentiality.
- Ensures that equipment such as scanners and other processing tools are operating as intended.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: High School Diploma, current college students
Minimum Experience: One to two years (1-2) years of office work experience. Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50-pound boxes
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and fingers are required
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $16.04 per hour
