Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team for the 2026 season (March –October). The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a passion for excellence to our kitchen, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:· Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
· Develop seasonal menus that reflect quality, variety, and member preferences.
· Manage inventory, food costs, and vendor relationships to maintain budgetary goals.
· Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
· Collaborate with club management on special events and member functions.
Qualifications:· Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in upscale dining or private club settings.
· Strong culinary skills with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
· Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:· Competitive seasonal salary - $55,000
· Meals provided during shifts.
