This is NOT a typical service/support management role. You’ll join an ambitious, innovative team and have real ownership to build, refine, and elevate our NY operations. You’ll collaborate with local managers in Belgrade and Salt Lake City, and set new standards for client service in fintech.

- Streamline Service Operations: Identify bottlenecks and launch weekly improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Drive Consistency: Align standards and best practices across all locations—Belgrade, SLC, NY
- Implement AI-Driven Solutions: Roll out AI tools that free up 30% of the team’s time for higher-value work.
- Deliver Strategic Initiatives: Partner with the COO to launch and execute projects that fuel growth.
- Build a Culture of High Performance: Recruit, develop, and inspire a top-tier service team.

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
