About the Role
Rho Product Managers work with sharp and energetic engineers and cross-functionally to improve Rho’s services and guide products from conception to launch. Product managers are the key to connecting Rho’s technical and business teams. You will be responsible for leading products through the full execution cycle focusing specifically on listening, learning, analyzing, positioning, defining, tailoring, and improving our solutions to our users.
Responsibilities
- Continually generate product insights, identify client needs and uncover opportunities to remove financial friction
- Articulate clear visions, roadmaps, milestones, and prioritized product plans to drive alignment and prioritization across the business
- Drive and lead the launch of new products and features; iterate quickly to improve them to grow client satisfaction
- Have an outcome-oriented focus and break down complex problems and obstacles into actionable steps that enable our engineers to make fast, continual improvements for our clients
- Expertly communicate and collaborate across our growing Rho distributed and remote workforce
- Be flexible and creative to develop the right solution to the right problem at the right time in the right order
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2-4 years of product management experience including
- creating strategic product roadmaps
- managing the day-to-day execution of engineering and designers
- Superior communications skills (verbal and written)
- Experience effectively working with many functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Legal, or Marketing.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
