Rhombus is looking for an iOS Developer who will focus on developing native iOS apps that dazzle our users. This role involves working with engineering teams across both Software and Hardware to tackle difficult problems that define the IoT space. The ideal candidate is an intelligent, pragmatic, thinker who happens to enjoy expressing their abilities through the medium of iOS. This individual should have experience working as the primary or lead developer for an iOS app and have seen an app through the lifecycle milestones of idea, prototype, initial release, new feature development, and long-term maintenance.
What You'll Do :
- Develop native iOS applications for Rhombus
- Collaborate with Rhombus visual designers to create intuitive, delightful, and modern user experiences
- Hunt for bugs and fix them in a timely manner
- Observe for performance issues and implement optimizations
- Test release candidates to ensure high quality apps
- Release iOS apps to the App Store
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to define API’s and work through implementation details
- Stay current with iOS development news and inform the team about relevant happenings that may be relevant to the company
What We're Looking For :
This is an onsite position based in Sacramento, CA. Candidates must be able to commute to the office 2 times a week.
Compensation
Base Salary : $120,000-$155,000
Additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, include sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidate's primary work / hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Further details about compensation for the role can be discussed during the interview process.
