Rhythm is a wholesale surf and lifestyle apparel company specializing in premium products. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.


Position Summary We are hiring a full-time Sales Planner—an exciting opportunity for a proactive candidate looking to grow within the vibrant sales division of our business.

Reporting to the Rhythm Sales Planning Manager, this role is responsible for managing system sales data, developing and presenting analytical reports to drive growth, and supporting efforts to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets. Key responsibilities also include system-based sales tasks such as budgeting, purchasing, planning, reporting, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in sales within Men's and/or Women's Apparel, Swimwear, and Accessories.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate regular sales reports and insights for both internal teams and external sales representatives to monitor progress against goals
  • Partner with the Sales Planning Manager to align sales forecasts with inventory levels and production capacity
  • Identify specific product needs based on sell-through rates and minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements
  • Assist in submitting production purchase orders for both wholesale and e-commerce channels
  • Support the Operations team with master data management and order reconciliation tasks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business goals
  • Manage general sales system procedures


Job Requirements

  • A qualification in sales or business is preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Cin7 and NuOrder is a plus
  • Experience working with Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify
  • Strong analytical, abstract reasoning, and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in professional office environments and business systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with strong prioritization skills
  • Understanding of marketing principles and their impact on sales
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves


Salary Range - $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience.
