Role Overview: As a Manufacturing Engineer at Rhythmlink, you'll:
- Optimize production workflows using lean engineering principles.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for quality enhancement and waste reduction.
- Support high-volume manufacturing for seamless production runs.
- Collaborate on the design and development of new manufacturing processes.
- Draft protocols and reports for production equipment validation.
- Develop business cases for capital equipment acquisition.
- Play a key role in greenfield startup projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in manufacturing or project management (LSS belts, PMP, CAPM, etc.) are a plus.
- Proven experience in lean engineering with a strong record of process optimization.
- Expertise in supporting high-volume manufacturing.
- Experience in greenfield startup environments highly desirable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software like SOLIDWORKS, Minitab, etc.
