The Regulatory Affairs Analyst plays a key role in supporting the strategic and analytical needs of the organization’s legislative and regulatory initiatives. Reporting to the Regulatory Affairs Manager, this position provides research, analysis, and communication support to advance the organization’s policy and business objectives. The role involves tracking and analyzing legislation, regulatory dockets, and industry policy proposals while assisting in advocacy efforts, stakeholder engagement, and industry association work.
Essential Job Functions / Key Responsibilities :
- Regulatory and Legislative Analysis - Monitor and analyze proposed federal and state legislation, regulatory dockets, policy proposals, and stakeholder comments to support the organization’s policy objectives.
- Industry Engagement - Analyze industry association policies and participate in committees and working groups to align organizational goals with industry trends.
- Advocacy Research - Conduct in-depth research on legislative contacts, political environments, and strategies to support advocacy efforts.
- Stakeholder Communication - Develop concise briefing materials and presentations to communicate research findings and strategic recommendations to internal team members and external stakeholders.
