What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Valet position at Ricart Automotive?

What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:
- Greet customers as they pull into the service drive for their appointments
- Drive vehicles out of the service drive and park in a numbered and recorded parking spot until time for service
- Ensure vehicle is locked and windows are rolled up after parking
- Observe and clean drive and waiting areas as necessary
- Keep drive and lot clean and clear of safety hazards
- Inspect all loaner vehicles upon return for a full tank, possible damage to interior and exterior
- Retrieve, top off fuel, wash, and complete paperwork after service on a vehicle is complete, before customer arrival
- Any additional tasks as deemed necessary by Service Manager
Essential Job Functions:
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with less than 9 points to remain insurable and able to drive on company property
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to drive a manual vehicle preferred, but not required
- PPE must be worn as necessary
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Must be able to walk around/stand for long periods
